Very nicely located beer garden on the Königssee. If you are lucky you sit right on the lake - with a measure in your hand.

Bought a crepe that was good. The seller was very nice, therefore 5 stars.

Sorry for the one star - it's for the beer (you couldn't go wrong here) for the rest it's 0 stars! Absolutely tasteless liver dumpling soup - old pretzel - both at high prices. Actually, you should pay your guests money for this palatal insult. Sorry for the tough statements - but you are devilishly classified in the tourist trap category. Shame on you!

Large beer garden with a great view of the Königssee. Unfortunately our service was totally unfriendly and made a totally annoyed impression.

The cappucino for just under € 4 is served in a tiny canteen cup that hasn't even been cleaned properly (there are greens on the edge (!) And I didn't even have food). Especially now with COVID-19 times that just doesn't work. Service apparently completely overwhelmed, as never there, unfriendly and arrogant. For the beautiful view, there's a second star, I definitely won't be back here.

A large beer garden. If you are lucky you will sit directly on the Königssee. Logically with a view of the Königssee. Service very friendly. Unfortunately there is a point deduction because I wanted fried potatoes with my rump steak instead of french fries. FOR US VEGETARIANS ONLY 2 DISHES SELECTION DRIVER DATSCHI WITH APPLEMUS PRICE 8.90, TWO ORDERED ONE PORTION OF KÄSSPATZEN, LARGE PORTION, VERY GOOD MOUNTAIN CHEESE, WE WERE SATISFIED, PRICE 12.90 INCLUDED A SMALL SALAD, MEDIUM BUT GOOD DRESSING. COLA ZERO, PRICE 3.90, CYCLIST, 4.20, ALREADY SOMETHING EXPENSIVE, THE DRINKS. YOU HAVE OF COURSE TO ALSO THE LOCATION AND CONSIDERING THE MAGNIFICENT VIEW TIGEN, THERE ARE LOTS OF SORRY TRIPS ON THE ROAD WITH TOO LITTLE DISTANCE. I never saw the card, first of all. I was asked what I wanted and not whether the card could be brought to me. To charge a whopping € 6.20 for an ice cream parlor that only contained ONE small scoop of vanilla ice cream is outrageous. 😳 Too much time passed before I could pay (over 10 minutes). I had to point it out twice. Apparently it didn't fit that my companion didn't want anything. Unfriendly staff, no polite greeting, no goodbye or “have a nice day”. No. Never again. 😒

My friends and I are not happy with the food here. The pork dish is very dry and has some burnt parts. The fish dish is very light. Only one thing that's okay is beer.

Very, very tasty fish 🐟 is available to eat here .... slles freshly caught and prepared. The service was super friendly. Everything is clean and tidy. You can sit outside and enjoy the 🌞 sun when it is shining. We'd love to come back.

I had a maß, (1 litre or beer) 7€ and Leberkase which were both really good. Happy with how everything was. Fast service, location is really great. My girlfriend had the kāsespätzle. She liked it alot.

Perfect views, very friendly and competent service and home-style cuisine are available to the ship master. The ordered trout miller art was delicious, the salad served with it was standard. The prices are reasonable, I would even say cheap. If you can get a spot with a view of the lake, you shouldn't hesitate. Worth it.

Nice beer garden belonging to the hotel, located directly on the shore of the Königssee. Here, too, as part of Corona, a mouth cover must be worn when entering, which can then be removed at the table. The waitress was immediately on the spot with the menu and quickly brought the 0.5 l non-alcoholic beer that was initially ordered and the menu "Leberkas with fried egg and potato salad" that had been ordered. Excellent taste and very recommendable.

We had to wait 15 minutes for a waiter to come. Afterwards, when we asked, we were told that you could only pay in cash and not by card .... in today's world (especially in Corona times) a complete absurdity .....

The location is wonderful right on the Königsee, but that's about it. We waited almost 2 hours for our food. There was no apology.

To the ship master in close proximity to the Königssee, nice beer garden but unfortunately not usable due to the weather. Hence lunch inside. Inside wood-paneled walls rather dark rustic the whole thing. Good giant schnitzel and other dishes arrived quickly and freshly at the table. Service friendly, reserved. Prices are okay and customary for this particular location. Addendum visit August with a seat directly on the lake, waiter himself, friendly ... pork head jelly with fried potatoes. Furthermore everything is fine.

Helpful and nice people

Staff was ok. The view for it the better. Can sit comfortably outside on the Königssee and eat something - drink. Of course, when there is a lot of traffic you have to wait because there are not that many places. But understandable with so many tourists.

Inn with beer garden located directly on the lake. The food was okay (Schnitzel Schiffmeister) the portion is large enough to fill you up. For seniors but a bit large. The prices are still okay for this location.

Beautiful and cozy restaurant, where fast and friendly service works. The interesting interior only enhances the experience of visiting both the restaurant and the lake area.

Was there in the best weather, just fantastic. Food and drink fit. It would be nice if there were fewer people, but it will never happen. It is worth it in any case.

The fried Zanderfilet in this store is not thorny and very tender. I have only eaten such delicious fish on the Dutch seaside and Mallorca in Spain before. Maybe they are all close to the sea, which is very delicious. At the same time, the pig's trotters in this store are also very good. I have eaten in the 300-year-old store that has been visited by Napoleon in Prague and Berlin before. The skin is very crispy, and the meat will be slightly harder because it is deep-fried, but not fat. But beer, I think it's average. I think another beer from Gasthof Bodner, which is not far away, is very good.

Great location and great service even when super busy - as on weekends. Food is good and the beer is even better!

All four of us just had ok food, nothing great or outstanding to match the great location.
